Photography Policies

To make sure everything flows smoothly, here are a few simple policies I ask all clients to follow:

✨ Regular Sessions (Portraits, Creative Shoots, Family, etc)

• Please book at least 1 week in advance
• Please make sure to arrive on time! Especially for sunset shoots, since I shoot with natural lighting.
• Sessions last 30–60 minutes max. Being late takes away from your session time.
• You’ll receive your final edited photos within 7 days. Remaining payment is due before your gallery is delivered.

🎉 Events & Parties

• Please book at least 4 weeks in advance.
• A quick pre-event meeting is required (in person)  to go over timing, location, must-have shots, etc.
• A small agreement/contract will be set in place. It will be signed by both client and photographer before the day of the event.
• You’ll receive your final gallery within 14 days. Remaining payment is due before your gallery is delivered.

💸 Deposit & Cancellation

• A $25 deposit (for regular sessions) is required to reserve your spot via Venmo: @Alicia-Ordaz-1
• A $100 deposit (for events & parties) is required to reserve your spot via Venmo: @Alicia-Ordaz-1
• If you need to cancel, please do so at least 3–7 days in advance for a full deposit refund.
• Cancellations made with less than 3 days’ notice may result in a forfeited deposit.
